Who will vape after this ? https://apple.news/Aouk1x81bTweMDcyJvanGYw
Are you kidding me there are millions of idiots still out there. This won’t stop anyone. Those who vape or smoke or use hard drugs deserve everything they get. I’m suppose to feel bad for this kid because he didn’t know better. If you are not sure about a decision when your young then listen to your parents.
I'll bet you do all kinds of dumb shit, you enpathyless cave man.
This is probably coming from the 300 lb’er who is eating himself into a 20-year shorter lifespan.
what a joke I wonder how much you have to vape for that to happen. He’s not gonna take any responsibilities for being an idiot?
I tried Juul once. Couldn’t run the next day. But heard people doing juul even on treadmill. Some folks have lungs made of steel.
People are upset because JUUL markets themselves as a “safe” alternative to cigs, so folks thing they’re doing their lungs a favor. If your product has similar/worse lung effects as cigs AND people knew about it, they wouldn’t reach for them.
Yep this is what people are mad about. Force JUUL to rebrand and put warnings on their products. Then if kids still buy them then don’t care what happens. Pretty sure they’re worse than cigs at this point
Even as an ex smoker I was shocked how hard vaping is on your lungs. No joke. But people will keep doing it.
Only 6 vaping related deaths so far. ecigs definitely safer than cigs. They’re helping people get off cigs, a very noble cause. JUUL deserves encouragement, not trolling.
What about the teens who are getting ON ecigs thinking it's less harmful than cigs, and getting addicted?
Maybe I was too subtle. Edit: Just in case it’s still not clear, I would love to see JUUL go bankrupt, and these death cases to be investigated. If founders or employees found to be knowingly propagating misinformation, they should be thrown in jail.
He even admits to vaping THC. Chances are he was vaping some unregulated THC products with toxins in them.
People smoke week every day without getting that response from the doctor. I don't think the THC itself causes this damage. After your post, I found this article which mentions Vitamine E oil included in THC vaping. """ The main culprit ingredient inside these killer THC pods seems to be oils – specifically Vitamin E oils. “If inhaled, oils like Vitamin E can cause lipoid pneumonitis, a rare condition that results from fat particles being inhaled into the lungs,” according to Melodi Pirzada, chief of pediatric pulmonology. """ https://vapebeat.com/features/juul-thc-pods
I’m not saying the problem is with THC proper, it could be one of numerous additives such as butanol or vitamin E, etc. or products of these chemicals combusting.
Of course not, it's more addictive than cigarettes and has the entire world to expand to.
I hope this kid loses the trial. He can’t fully blame JUUL alone, giving them an easy out. Furthermore, he used the product without being 21 as required by the company.
This isn’t true. You have to be 21 to buy online, but if they are sold in stores it adheres to the state minimum age. Illinois didn’t make tobacco products 21+ until this past July.
