Hello Everyone i got 10 lpa offer from paytm. but now i have 12 lpa offer from tata communications. should i try to make counter offer to paytm for 14 lpa? Designation: Software Engineer YOE: 1.5
Does Paytm offer rsu
Not at fresher level i guess
For 2022 grads, they give 10 + 1 + 5/5 esops
Whats your present tc at infy ?
Paytm is surely underpaying here .... you can try negotiating but if you are well prepared you can easily get 20L TC in the current market
