Is my salary good enough? How to improve?

Good WLB but I feel technology used is being old. Application is not cloud-based, on-prem implementation process is quite slow. Overall the experience has been good so far. Skill set :- 1.5 year Networking experience, Certified and experienced in AWS solutions architect,Azure architect. Kubernetes certified and have some software development experience.
