Honestly curious, how many FEs does Coinbase need? I can imagine that their infrastructure and backend is complex but do they do anything comparable with their frontend?
Building an FE that needs to updates RT is probably not that easy.

They have a few product groups.
- Consumer: People here work on retail apps such as Coinbase app, trading UI, advanced trading UI, Coinbase staking, Coinbase wallet, legal, compliance, and probably a few more products that I missed.
- Institutional: People here work on apps catered for hedge funds and other big trading firms.
- Developer: People here work on apps that other engineers work with such as Coinbase L2 and APIs open to public.
- Platform: People here work on apps that have legal and compliance parts such as sign up pages.
I don’t know how many FE devs they have, but they need quite a bit to maintain and continue developing new features.
