My spouse have resigned from her current company (Publicis Sapient) having an exp of 9 years. She has offers for Sr. FrontEnd Engineer from below Companies: 1.WESCO International - Well established US company, opening newly in India and are into Digitalization. (Package - 42LPA including variable) 2. RSM US LLP - Tax Auditing company (Package - 45LPA including variable) 3. Fortanix - Founded in 2016 and are into data security platform that provides cryptographic services, secrets management, and tokenization across cloud and on-premises environments from a single centralized point of management, control, and audit. (Package - 45LPA fixed + ESOPs) Please help me to choose based on job security, wlb and career growth. Not preferring startup based on current market situation.
