Yeah, I’ll be honest, I do a pretty good job of keeping my data off of the internet to the best of my ability. I’m trying to clean everything but man, now I’m getting insane spam texts, emails, etc. I also found out my lovely healthcare provider (HCA) was also breached and my information from that is everywhere. This is miserable. I’ve already initiated a credit lock and I’ve been use dark web monitoring services. I just wish we had more accountability because man, this sucks and is super annoying. #tech #cyber #breach
I was affected by the AT&T breach and an earlier one at T-Mobile, in addition to Fidelity, UHC and many others. Assume your information is available to anyone and keep your credit files frozen. It is infuriating that these companies are never held accountable.
Yeah I've gotten numb to it since it happens so often.
All of my information has been leaked multiple times. Twice from hacked government agencies. 4x from hacked medical groups. And now AT&T. One even had a plaintext password (medical group, I think). I’m thinking about pushing all my private information to a public GitHub repo for faster iterations.
I got alerted by my bank saying my SSN is exposed by ATT breach on April 6th. Is there anything I should so to prevent damage ? ATT sucks big time!

Same for me. Useless ATT.
This shit sucks so much. Truly, we can do everything as consumers and still get our information leaked onto the internet. I’m being flooded with credit requests and everything. Luckily, I initiated a credit lock and the requests locked out anyone trying to open new lines of credit. The emails and texts though are next level annoying.
