Viable Career Paths?

Hey guys so I worked at IHS Markit, now supporting a trading desk at Nomura. What are viable career paths that have good comp and WLB? Something maybe in business ops/strategy at a tech company or startup type thing? I have a finance background and minimal knowledge of SWE. Appreciate any advice. TC: ~90k YOE: 2 #finance #tech #wfh
