Just considering years of experience 175 is not unreasonable. Depending details of your experience and previous salary and company you can ask for more.

What level are you at now? In your current position are you a manager already? If so definitely 175 to 180 K if not then one $165k is reasonable with a sign on bonus of at least 5 to 7K…Could be more depending on how you position yourself as an expert coming in
What practice? What role? How many years of experience?
Advisory - Enterprise Solutions, As a manager with 10 years of experience
Generally speaking 165 is slightly above average for managers in advisory. I think 10 years of experience is on the higher side of managers. So if you have good experience you can ask for about 175 at least. Just my thoughts.
