Ya I am at Axiom Space for a year. Well it's 1000+ employees now and I am sure your experience may vary based on your team but overall there are lot of NASA folks and reliance on NASA processes that slows down things. They were moving around ppl internally from suits to station and vice versa most of last year so that had an impact on morale. These PAM missions are not really profitable and heard now other companies may compete for PAM flights too. Overall bit of mess but hey arent most startups?
