I'm not coping well with everyday workplace dysfunction. Nothing unusually stressful is going on, I'm just anxiety-prone. I've already done CBT and was on Wellbutrin for a while. I exercise, meditate, and eat non-shitty foods. It all certainly helps, but doesn't seem to be enough. Ideally something I could enjoy during the workday without seeming high to my coworkers.
What strains have you tried?
Do you mean CBD?
Probably. It seems like the high-THC versions could make anxiety worse.
when should I stop in advance in case of drug test if I am planning to switch company?
keep medicating, it beats changing.
hate to disagree with the top comment but I don't ever use sativa for anxiety or stress release. it makes my mind active and think a lot. if I'm in a good mood and watching a movie ill use sativa. after- work stress & anxiety release is indica all day. completely shuts off the mind and relaxes you
I use ashwagandha, its a potent medicine for destress, also cures body ailments. more details https://www.banyanbotanicals.com/info/ayurvedic-living/living-ayurveda/herbs/ashwagandha/
I tried it once, but I didn't notice anything dramatic after a month of use. What changes did you notice?
Hit the gym!
Reporting back: 🍇 Grape Ape is at the top of my list right now. Two or three hits, and I can chill out and get work done. Highly recommend.

I don't understand how people can possibly think high THC strains help with anxiety. Personally, strong weed gives me horrible anxiety and makes me very paranoid.
Also makes me more selfish and lazy. Several people I've spoken with about this have had a similar experience, but I guess everyone is different. Just trying to offer a counterpoint to the "weed cures everything, man" narrative.
