Keurig is so dumb
Their app is so confusing, smart delivery, smart auto delivery, scheduled delivey lol Ordered a few boxes from them separately through a normal checkout and the boxes didn’t count towards my first year 16 box quota for the starter kit. Called customer service they said sorry they have no way to manually override and update my boxes so they can’t help me and I should’ve ordered through smart delivery Really lol ? Also the fact that I have smart delivery setup and I always run out of pods and get nothing in the mail. (Yes my brewer is connected to the wifi and the app) Imagine having a broken smart delivery system but still forcing customers to use it otherwise your boxes don’t count. #keurig TC : 96k
Ditch keurig. Save plastic and your wallet at the same time.
are there versions of non keurig machines that are just as easy to use, it's annoying having to clean filters
Any super-auto espresso machine is just as easy to use (turn it on, press button, coffee comes out), better for the environment, and will save you money in the long run.
Just get a real coffee/espresso machine
Much bigger problem with it is that it produces disgusting swill instead of coffee.
I don’t have any problem with how their coffee taste but yeah their app is just infuriating
