Looking for keyboard recommendations. I want something which has 1. mac like layout 2. Can also connect with my personal windows laptop 3. Fast response time. 4. Primarily used for coding.
Get Glove80. You'll thank me later
literally every keyboard in the world meets those specs
No they don't, they are either wider or smaller than Mac and I can type pretty fast on a laptop just those keyboards lead to a lot of mistyped things.
your spec did not say anything about the width. you probably want an apple magic keyboard. since you say mac layout that’s probably the one you want and it has the identical feel as the laptop itself. otherwise i’ve tried very very many and only matias.ca comes close. the key cap texture is ass compared to apple’s but the stroke is nearly identical so it’s very easy to switch back and forth and retain muscle memory. macally gets high ratings but IMHO it’s garbage. but it’s like asking for beer reviews. keyboard is very very particular to the user and there’s no way to do this but buy 10 and return 9

Apple keyboard, what do you expect?
That is the worst keyboard I’ve ever used.. by a lot.
Maybe not for OP, as he already types fast in MacBook and want something similar. I use it and like i

I have been using this for connecting to both my windows and Mac laptops: Logitech K780 Multi-Device... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZTBKBG . Multi device support.
Keychron k2 are nice. It does Bluetooth but you can also run over cable
Fuck no mechanical keyboards are noisy af. IDK how can anybody code in peace with those.
you know there are silent/tactile switches, right Google? not everything out there is a clicky mechanical annoyance.
