I love working for Procore and am happy to see an IPO. How do y'all think recent events will affect company IPOs? Is this a terrible time to file for an IPO? Also, the internal chatter about Procore's finances has always been very positive, but I'm not an expert on these things. Can anyone tell me if the financials from the source I posted are any good, and if so - how good? Here's an excerpt from the source: "Procore reported that its gross revenue for 2019 was $289.2 million, up from $186.4 million in 2018 and $112.3 million in 2017. The company recorded net losses for all three years — $55.5 million in 2017; $56.7 million in 2018; and $83.1 million in 2019. Our profit margin is negative, but increasing, which I believe is the most important part. Over 50% increase YoY revenue too. Just need to focus on increasing revenue more than our overhead to achieve profitability. I don’t think it’s a good time to IPO, I would say wait for ~ 08/20 for more stable markets
PlanGrid always was and still is the superior (original) product and we had better numbers and financials until we were acquired

I am looking for referral at Procore. Can someone help?
Sure dm me
From an investor and public market perspective, the valuation target is too high and growth isn't as impressive compared to other saas companies. $5bn valuation with $289m revenue is 17-18x revenue which is on the high end
Do employees get stock options?
Yes - not sure if every role does, though.
Any idea how much is the compensation for engineering manager role and how much can be TC... is there any plan for the company to go public?
Checking back in for 2021.... how are things at ProCore?
Things are great what I heard, to give it to perspective, my friend rejected a faang offer because of upside he thinks in stock options
What a time to go ipo when we are in a state of emergency...wonder how it will reflect on the market. Wish you all the best of luck.
