Rahul Gandhi is poison but the people who believe in him are a lot worse
A kickboxing gym that offers super exhausting 30 mins workouts or a normal gym where you decide what you want to work on. What would you recommend?
Personally, I prefer human interaction than with machine
Why not both? I lift weights at a powerlifting gym and take boxing lessons at a boxing gym.
Because of time constraints. I cannot squeeze in workout everyday so I am trying to make the best out of my time invested in the gym.
Trying to find an efficient way of spending time in a gym without clearly stating the goal sounds like "how to spend a grand a week wisely".
Go to a normal gym. Start kick boxing.
Go to kickboxing gym. That is just so intense and fighting makes you mentally strong
Kickboxing gyms do have some ‘fighting’ exercises like punching the bag but they don’t really teach you how to ‘fight’ or defend yourself. But I got your point. Kickboxing has some mental benefits as well I read.
It depends on your goals. Kickboxing is sort off neither self defense nor a really efficient workout for all muscle groups. For a great workout, which fits into 36 minutes, my recommendation is to find something conceptually similar to www.fit36.com, which provides HIIT classes. For self defense yet with a good body weight based conditioning, Krav Maga is the best.
