Hi All, I have been impacted recently at Cisco. I built my career from build & release, QA automation to infra, CI/CD, devops tool development. I am aware of my missing credentials in the cloud orchestration, computing infra in cloud real experience. I am in the crossroad whether I should pursue master degree in AI, or in Computer Science, or in data science bootcamp or minicamp to decide AI topics to specialize as next career, or up skill the AWS, kubernetes & get certified asap. Thank you TC: 0
Don't do masters. It's a waste of time. Doing bootcamp in AWS and AI will get you a job sooner and quicker with less $ spent
Is this OSDC https://odsc.com/boston/bootcamp/ worth it to see if I like to pursue more in depth later? I am thinking to be able to get noticed if I learn MLOps to augment CI/CD DevOps skills. Thank you
Never heard of that one before but try the popular ones like Udacity or Coursera
Is certification going to help me?

Sorry to hear about the layoff. Chin up friend. It's definitely possible to land a new role once you decide on a career path that works best for you. To figure out your next chapter requires some reflection on your strengths, values, and your goals. If you're unsure where to start, I help people with these pivots all of the time as a career coach.
