@OP Did you engage further with Blinkit then? Is the TC you posted the offered TC from them?
It's highly dependent on your team. I've been in 3 teams so far and the WLB and growth in all of them have been significantly different. Tech isn't all that great, it's decent at best so growth is also just fairly good. Most of the people I've talked to are staying just for pay since their ESOP value has doubled or tripled over the past year. It's a golden handcuff scenario. But they do have a very open and transparent culture and make efforts to grow. Pros: great pay, on par with faang Cons: overload of business context, almost all the time, I'm limited by business context because it's either very convoluted or only a few people have all the context. Decent company to chill for a while and switch.
