I’m in the process with them. So far it’s going well. You don’t have as much hand holding through the documentation, but there is a POC you can reach out to with questions.
Since you work at Amazon, go with KeyBank. Ask for a Privilege account that gives you an extra 0.25-0.5% off the lowest rate they have.

If your credit is good check the big banks including Wells Fargo and BoA. Often the mortgage brokers are only better for people with poor/new credit history.
LoanDepot is not gonna cut it. They will throw your offer to garbage can. Go with local lender Fairway, caliber etc
