I have 2 job offers, role Senior SRE Engineer., YOE 4. 1) Nike - base 140K , no RSU, 15%bonus, 15% discount on stocks as part of ESPP. Hiring process complete about to onboard in few weeks. 1)Adobe - base 150, 120K RSU per 4 YEARS, 15% bonus. Not sure about discount on stocks. As my Nike process is almost done if I do not join the organization, do they consider as unethical and will it be a permanent bar to join Nike in future. Can I negotiate with Nike for increase in base pay now ? Which company will have good growth in next 2 years.
adobe for tech growth hands down
Adobe will pay more, depending on the part of the company opportunities for growth are extremely limited. If you are creative/doc cloud, 100% Adobe, in experience cloud I’d probably still chose Adobe but think of it as a 2-3 year stint and then jump ship. Internal mobility is much harder than external.

Does any one know at what percentage our base salary increment every year at Nike and Adobe. ?
Performance and many other factors dependent. I have had anything between 3% and 12%
