Express scripts compensation
I received an offer from express scripts and I have some questions regarding it. Location is Orlando. Salary 120k, bonus 10%+, 20 days pto, 5% espp. 5.5 yoe. How much does compensation increase each year? How often is the bonus target met or exceeded? At what level does stock come into play?
Looks like a decent offer considering it’s in Orlando
It definitely is. I'm just deciding between this role and another role that's contract, so want to know realistic expectations of growth. Contract will probably be 68-72/hr but comes with some remote perks.
