I have been offered the following for 10+ yrs Android dev Updated Compensation TC: 81.67 lpa + 2 lacs Sign-on Breakup: Fixed: 48 lpa Sign-on: 2 lacs Equity: 1.34 crores/ 4 years (33.67 lpa) Ad per HR, they are planning to go IPO in next 12-15 months Just want to understand if I Can negotiate?

How is a person going to assess this for you? What’s your current TC? What’s your competing offer? 7000units = Monopoly money. Go play with it unless they do esop buybacks or goes IPO

Base looks considerably low for 10+ YoE. Are you from Bangalore or Chennai?
Ask for more base, even if it goes IPO only 1 yr of your shares will vest and then the stocks will tank. Ask for 60 base and then it might negotiate down to 52-55lpa base
