Feeling like a cog

At work, I get treated like just a cog in the machine. Coworkers only talk to me about work and bosses make demands. It’s all about work topics and it makes me feel like an expendable cog where no one gives a f about me or anyone else. We are remote so it’s hard to establish work relationships and get to know others. Anyone else feel similar or have advice on how to address this? Not at DIRECTV anymore.
