Currently Senior SDE at Microsoft. Compass IC4 on the way. Is it advisable to take? Is work at Compass good ? Any points about growth prospects of the company would be appreciated. TC: 75 lakhs base + 15 percent variable, stocks 80 lakhs vested over 4 years

Interview process is good. Two coding rounds (interesting but not very tough questions. Focused on approach and coding speed ). Two design rounds and a Leadership skills. Overall, pleasant interview experience
Did they have you do a coding phone screen through Karat? If so, how does it compare to online assessments like HackerRank?
Was your interview loop considered "full stack" (i.e., front-end and back-end rounds)? That's apparently what mine is going to be. Can you comment on what the difference is? More so confused about what front-end would entail.
FE means you’ll have to solve in JavaScript. If you don’t wanna do that, just tell your recruiter. Every team has full Stack work so just do what you’re better at doe your interview
