L4 engineer salary at wayfair
What is the salary range ( min - max) for an L4 engineer at wayfair.. I have looked at levels.fyi and glassdoor. But would like to hear the latest from the blind team 🙂

Max comp includes joining bonus too?
Nope. Joining bonus is another 50k+ but only the first year so doesn’t get included in TC.
The max salary for all roles at Wayfair is 200k. TCO is a different story.
This is true. Base is capped at 200k. L4 is 15% bonus. And the rest is RSUs.

Got hired earlier this year, my TC offer was 350K 165 base 25k bonus 160k stock
Is the stock 160k for four years or a year? It sounds like a lot for a year. What's your level and yoe?
Do the math. It has to be every year. Max base is 200k. So there was room to improve this offer.
