L6 PMT MBA comp bands

Hi all, I know that MBA students can come in as L6 PMT at Amazon, but also know that the compensation band is typically lower if hired through campus I’m trying to gather some more Intel on what the delta might be since Levels.fyi hard to tell which is which. What I know: TC for a recent MBA L6PMT Offer 145 base 82 1y bonus 60 2y bonus 180k RSU (over 4 yrs) Current TC 145k manager PM #product #productmanager

Wow that sounds like a lot. You verified that offer? Sure it's an MBA grad? All grads I know who graduated (MY school) with me last year made less than 200k TC for PM-T

Yes, verified. A person that just wrapped up their masters I already knew. Kind of why I'm thinking about it today. FWIW, they were also a returning intern... so maybe there's a premium on that? Or maybe compensation inflation due to market?

If that's what they are getting it's a great offer for a L6 fresh MBA grad

There not really bands. MBA Teir 1 offers are fixed and not negotiable. It is set by PMT vs PM, with PMT being higher. Your single example should be representative.

- returning interns get a bit extra - retail pays lower than aws - PMT vs. PMT-ES is different for L6 MBA grads

MBAs can get PMT-ES now? That's new
