L6 SDM Amazon negotiation tips.
Hi folks I am about to start an offer negotiation for a L6 SDM position at Amazon. What is the best way to approach this, to maximize gains? I know Amazon base salaries are fixed. What and how to negotiate other terms? What is a good Amazon offer in Seattle area?
Couple of months back, one of my friend joined as SDM L6 for 400k in Seattle area
Google search leaked Amazon salaries that recently came out. Ask for the max.
The L7 @ 715.4k leak from a few months ago? That's ancient data, that leak maxes out L5 and L6 at 270k and 420k, and the (newhire) offers have been about 100k to 150k above that for a while now (370k and 550k).
