L6 compensation for amazon in Bay Area
What should I expect for a L6 offer ? Also, how likely a uber l5a get an l6 at amazon? 9 years of experience

In Seattle L6 start at $250k but go above $300k. Bay area is 15% more I believe, so probably shoot for $350k?
Is this the base compensation or more? If more, what all does it include? Bonus? RSUs? Etc.
In Seattle, L6 range is from 250k-300k
Total comp. Base is capped at 160 in SEA,. 185 Bay. RSUs, sign-on bonus.

For L6 SDE, expect 300k~350k in Seattle. (I’m L6 SDE)
This. My initial offer was a bit over 300 and was taken up to 350. They were willing to lose me to a competitor vs paying more than 350.
It goes a bit higher (10%) in Bay area.
What about Non-SDE, non-Tech L6?
TC of L6 TPM is 10~15% lower. Not sure about non-Tech. At Amazon, TC is not tied with a level.
