L7 Databricks compensation details
Hello Everyone, I got a verbal confirmation for L7 (Sr Manager) offer at databricks. What can I expect in terms of cash/RSUs? What is the stock value at which they will calculate overall TC? What is a potential upside on the stock? Can it double in next 2 years? Will snowflake dominate the play here? #databricks #snowflake TC: 700k with Uber stock at $41

I think this is for Sr Staff equivalent (management role though). 500k won’t work as I am getting 700k+ with Uber and my other offers are at 900K
