L7 Initial stock grants at Google and Facebook
What is the typical initial stock grant Google and Facebook are giving to new L7 software engineers these days ? I've been wondering if it is worth switching companies to take advantage of the initial stock grant. Current TC: 700k

I think 2.4M at FB is max, twice E6 level. Total comp would then we 950k or so max. Given 440k refreshers and 100k bonus 4 year comp would be about 1.15M/yr.
