Scoping out future roles and found this company in my results. Motivation to work in biotech company would be to gain more knowledge about biological processes as a personal interest and to maybe contribute to something more "meaningful" than a typical tech job. Thoughts?
LOL don’t do it. There’s way better out there. Try Seagen.
They have a platform of great potential. Will absolutely satisfy your interest in a "meaningful" and impactful job, as well as opportunities to learn more about biology, especially immunology. Be aware of the high turn over rate though. Pay seem below the market for some departments (I don't think biotech could ever compete with tech companies in this area).
