Have a zoom call with a senior engineer for a sde new grad role. Is it normal for Workday to begin the process with a behavioral interview with a senior engineer? I never had this happen to me because it was always coding tests and then they weed you out based off of that.. Usually I thought behavioral interview comes last though I could be wrong. I could not find a lot of information online for Workday so any tips or drops of suggestions would be appreciated!

Interviewed there. Got bad feedback from almost everyone who worked there. They use some proprietary click and drag drop language. Will be a bad career move.

i just had multiple bad experiences with their recruiting process. one involved them stringing me along for two months after a final interview only to tell me that they didn’t have headcount
