Women@ group/meetup
There are many groups/meetup in company/org/team/site like Women@Android, Women@Japan/Germany, Lunch with Women@Ads, etc What do you discuss internally usually? For example what’d you discuss in that women lunch? I am very curious, but unable to join :(
I’m pretty sure you should be able to join these sessions, it’s about being an ally!
It’s not about being at war, it’s just a place where people can support each other. It’s no different to other @groups. In this case, it’s where women can share there experiences & get guidance on issues they face. Like a safe space...

Any group with >30s is boring as hell. Would be nice to have a safe space without old people judging us, like Zoomers@ or something. But then the old people would get insulted and say it's age discrimination
