CommerceHub Offer

Hello wonderful people! What’s the word on the street for CommerceHub? I recently got an offer for SWE engineer with 100% remote. Any insights about how’s the WLB? Does 100% remote affect anything on H1B? How soon do they start perm processing, I just have less than 3 years left on it hence perm is priority. Got another hybrid offer from big insurance, they agree to start perm in 4 months. Thoughts? Old TC: 95k New TC: 148k #h1b #workvisa #commercehub
