Need to make join/decline decision for a business role with the firm. Appreciate guidance on the following. - Is the firm profitable and on growth trajectory? - how's the culture at the firm? - Apart from the 2016 fiasco, are there any other red flags one should be aware of? - Interestingly, the firm hasn't raised any capital after 2015. Any reasons? - How are the product offerings perceived by customers? - Would you recommend your friend to join the firm? If no, what would be top 2-3 reasons? Thanks a ton. PS - TC isn't finalized yet but have a fairly good idea of the range
Zenefits is a solid company to work for. Great product and great leadership. Lots of opportunities to learn. Sales are slow right now due to covid.
Any idea on the current rsu price?
I was approached a few months ago but declined due to some personal reasons. Is it worth hitting them up again for a role in SF? What the scene now after COVID?
OP, hope you did not take it up. It will bite the dust soon
