SDE 2 experience 2.2 years. Total experience at Amazon: 4 years 2023 compensation base 44 2024 compensation base 45.5 Increase: 3.5%. *kuch to de dete* New RSUs 60, 2025 vesting RSUs vesting in 2024: 121 Overall 2024 CTC : ~63L Any SDMs or SDE2s here. Thoughts?
Idk what to expect I just got promoted to L5 will my figure lie around these numbers aswell ?

I made 90+ due to stock growth last year. Now it's all depressing

I dont know. I see Bangalore folks with 9% hike and CTC 72! with 170 stocks vesting in 2025 and 26. Looks like either my managers are piece of crap or don’t know what the heck are they doing
