Idk. 120-150k base in NYC for 3 YOE isnt that competitive
Should be higher than that. NYC is zone b. P4 level can go up to 170-180k base there plus 10% bonus and stock comp. Unless this was for a p3 offer which will obviously be lower. 3 yoe is high for p3 but we do downlevel occasionally if we don't feel they're quite at p4 yet

Depends. If it's all for a similar role (and likely under the same recruiter) then probably not. If it's for a role that more closely matches your experience and one that you are a better fit for than the previous ones then sure.
