Landing a job through recruiting agencies lead to lower TC and being treated as a second class employee. Is TripleByte any different? TC: 50k (intern)
You will feel like 2nd class during the interview process. Because candidates through their internal channels don't have those added cost.

That is a completely wrong assumption. I have hired through triplebyte, I didn’t pay them less or treat them lile second class employee. Where did you hear all this?
A lot of recruiting agencies will take a percentage off the income as a fee. The company pays that as a cost to have you which reduces your income. It’s common practice. However, apparently TripleByte is better according to you?
I am against hiring from recruiting agencies - no matter how different they are , they will still be bad. It’s like they keep engineers like slaves
