A family member just got an update on his phone, and now, every time he gets/makes a call, the screen goes black, and he can't use it. When calling AT&T customer service, they blame Samsung for this, and there is no way to get help on their side. Their only solution is to wipe the phone and start over. What kind of solution is that? WTF is wrong with these companies? Don't they QA their updates?
