Lattice? Do you use it and like it?
My startup of 50 employees is looking to better track 1:1’s / OKRs / feedback / praise. It seems like Lattice has gotten some traction. Anyone use it? What’s been your experience?

I’m a huge fan - I’ve used it at two companies, one about 100 people and one 1500. We chose it over Reflektive for a few reasons, though every company has unique needs so it’s mostly about knowing what those are for you and choosing the product to match. Feel free to DM me to chat more.
