Can I file a law suit bc women are paid more then me? I’ve been in the group longer, know more, deliver more. But bc girls complain and file lawsuits they get paid more then me now.
Microsoft systematically adjusts comp such that there is no statistical difference between gender/ethnicity/etc. If anything this is likely increasing the comp/promo for them.

It’s not just compensation but bias. What are the odds that out of 118 complaints only one is legitimate? Actually there were 238, and out of 118 only one was founded??? *read* the entire story without immediately jumping to a biased opinion. 😅 HR is not your friend either.
Women I work with are compensated well, not any different from males.
