Layoffs looming large on the horizon @ PayPal ???
Are we expecting another round of major job cuts ? Since past few days I see security guards deployed in most buildings (Bldg 15 and 17). Also, we have hiring freeze in place. Are these indicators of an impending layoff ? Any insider info ?

Don't worry. The main entrance has been shifted to building 15. That is the reason you're seeing more security guards had building 15
Definitely coming next year. Teams have large budget challenges that will need to include headcount

If you pay attention to email there is change in security company for PayPal. There will be few changes you will observe including new uniform, new faces. There could be existing people still work with PayPal but in new uniform.

Genuine question, what do they do with the guards? Do they actually escort people out of the office?
