Leaving soon, should I give notice after h1b transfer approval
I am on H1B, planning to leave soon for Google. (Due to high workload and stress). I would prefer to leave early as there’s no point wasting time on projects that I am going to leave eventually. Planning to give 2 weeks of notice at FB. Should I wait until H1B transfer approval or give notice right after I receive the receipt ? Current TC: 320k New TC: 350k 4 yoe
Can anyone explain how TC is calculated ? Is it base + RSUs + cash Bonus + Signon bonus
For your safety, after h1b transfer is approved. That would save you from being in a state of limbo when you notified your manager here at fb and something delays your approval(i hope it goes quick and smooth!). Good luck!
Woah, congrats! How did you go from E3 to E5 in 4 years? And, how did you go about preparing for interviews?
Didn’t prepare much. 20 leetcode questions, was team lead in my team. That helped I guees along with luck. Regarding E3 to E5, more focus on ownership and increasing scope

Using my friend acc here. I am quitting soon, super stressed at current job. Joining Cisco on receipt in two weeks. I don't think anyone would recommend you to join before approval. I got RFE and was very frustrated about it too. At the same time, Google (Is the lawyer form Fragomen?) should know what they are doing. Good luck to you.
