Leaving the company - Fidelity Investments
Hi all, It’s been only 8 month since I joined the firm but due to some personal reasons I’m planning to quit the company. I would like to understand the process for that and what would be the notice period. I feel awkward to communicate this information to my manager and how unpleasant would the process be ? Google resignation email templates and send one. If you're inclined, get on a call with your boss and tell them, but they're still going to ask for a resignation email.
Did you finally leave Fidelity ? you had pay anything back like joining bonus or anything else as you are leaving with in one year?
Are you in the US? If so, I would think the standard 2 week notice would suffice.
