Leaving to IND permanently. How to transfer 100k ?
Leaving to India for personal reasons next week. I have sold everything and wondering best way to transfer 100k cash that I have in bank TC was : 150k
Transferwise or Xoom.
They don’t allow more than 10k per day on my account and even though they have good transfer rate, faced issues before while transferring money so I don't trust them with my savings

South Indian Bank allows you to put money into their account in the USA. The money will arrive into your Indian account after a clearance time. But there will be no fees whatsoever and rates are excellent. They need dollars so they are super happy when you send money like this.

The best I have heard is interactive brokers. They give spot rate. Check online on the procedure to do this. In effect you are opening a trading account, but that's okay I guess.

Is there any specific reason why it has to be done next few days? If not please try this. Opening account is going to take time TBH. Even then you can transfer some money and the rest in a week or something.
