am interested to work on my startup, but I also need to find a better-paying job because I don't earn enough in my current one. For example, I know someone with a lower-level who gets paid more than me in a same location and has less work to do. I'm not sure what to do and in a dilemma to which one to focus. As most successful people say you only need to focus on one at a time for better results. Consider focusing on constructive development by addressing gaps in any use case that big tech companies are involved in. This approach can lead to greater fulfillment and happiness compared to solely focusing on leetcoding.
My suggestion is to focus on a better job to build new for 3 years and when you have more than 6-700k net worth, you can take bigger risk.
This is why I hate leetcode. Rather than working towards a personal goal of your’s, and something much much more practical, we have to spend hours on useless problems with no business purpose.
