LendingTree Analyst offer
Hi , as part of layoffs at GoDaddy, I got affected. Through some interviews, I finally got an offer with LendingTree, and here is the offer recruiter had put down. Am I being lowballed here for 5 YOE. Earlier TC : 155K Offer at LendingTree Base : 110k , Annual bonus 10% 100 shares 10k signon bonus( after a little negotiation) Would like to hear your thoughts, but also would like to know if anyone here is hiring a Senior Product Analyst. Had team restructuring in December
Unfortunately, this is what constitutes as competitive for many smaller companies. I went through tons of interviews past few months and only a very few select well known names were paying well for 4yoe PM
This is good per Lendjng tree standards but not market standards.
