Does anyone know how levels-fyi matches levels accross companies? I find it weird that it puts FB/G L5 at par with Amazon L6 when the latter seems much larger scope.

Makes sense. Contemplating an AWS L6 offer vs current FB E5 role which feels really low in scope. What would folks recommend? Not sure if taking back higher scope role helps with longer term career?
