Did you pass the interview? 6 lakhs per month (no tax) looks good. That should be equal to more than 90 lakhs of CTC in India (with taxes).

Is it worth moving to Careem? I know UAE is tax free. But do they pay that well for someone to decide to move to a country like UAE from India( Asia silicon valley) ?
i have head pay is like 28k-35k AED/Month (~6 Lacs) tax-free
Interesting. If that's the pay range at your YoE what do they pay at 10-12 YoE?
