Can anyone share their nvidia on-site interview experience? From what I’ve gathered, it’ll be 5 hours long, so I’m not really sure what to prepare or expect. This is for a business operations role. Thanks! TC: 🥜 #tech #nvidia #bizops
What role is this for OP? I was under the assumption that there’s a hiring freeze there
@MVIDIA, what puts a candidate in 4-1 or 3-2 scenario typically at nvidia. PM type roles.
What role is this for?

How bad is it in meta?
You will likely interview with 5 different people. Those people may be from different teams that would normally interact with the role you are applying for. After your interview, they will provide feedback to the recruiter and then have a meeting where each person says what they liked and/or disliked about you, and at the end, they either vote to hire or wait for a better candidate. If the interview happens before noon, it's possible that one of the interviewers will treat you to lunch and interview at the same time. Personally, I prefer to interview in 2 groups with 2 or 3 people interviewing at the same time. This way, we can compound on the questions asked by other interviewers and be sure the same questions dont get asked multiple times. It might be intimidating to some, but it cuts the interview time down a bit, and if they can keep their cool, they are probably a good fit. They will not only be assessing your knowledge. They will look at your personality as well as they want to be sure you are a good fit and not a problem child that will bring drama to their team.
Thank you for this thorough response. Really helps me wrap my head around the process. Mind if I shoot you a dm on how you prepared/any tips you’d recommend? Really excited about meeting the team and don’t want to miss this opportunity.
What is the criteria to hire or not. I mean if 3 want to hire but 2 disagree. What is the outcome?
