Any relevant info about overall monetary package for engineering? Work life balance? Work environment?

It varies by team and role significantly, but overall I’d say strong work environment (smart, ambitious people, not crazy political) and good work/life balance. It’s not a place to coast, but it’s not (especially) unreasonable. Stripe levels.fyi is roughly on target but varies by geography.
