I have an offer from LI: 160k Base, 260k RSU, 45k joining bonus. How does this compare to a typical SWE offer? I have 2.5 yoe. #tc #linkedin

Same yoe but currently at amazon 150k tc Seattle. Considering applying linkedin but don't know how. Got rejected with referral from a friend as SSWE. 🙄🤷🏻♂️
